Payment is taken at the time you confirm your purchase. For auctions or Early Bird listings, payment is collected once the seller accepts your offer or the listing closes in your favour.
Shipping availability is set by each individual seller on their listing. If a listing shows "Shipping available," you can arrange delivery directly with the seller after purchase.
Local pickup means you meet the seller in person — typically somewhere convenient in Victoria, BC — to collect the item. It's the most common way transactions happen on BigBaby's Market.
The seller handles packaging and shipping. Once you've completed payment, coordinate with the seller directly on timing and tracking. BigBaby's Market is not responsible for items lost in transit.
